Shipping Information
We use UPS or USPS to deliver our products. Once your package leaves our facility, the responsibility for delivery lies with UPS or USPS.
Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be shipped the following day.
For orders made on weekends, please allow 48-72 hours for processing before shipping.
If you require a signature upon delivery, please contact us by phone or email at info@unikinternational.com to arrange this option.
If you need to make changes to your order and it was placed before 3 PM EST, contact our customer service team at (800)-766-8645. Provide the details of the changes you wish to make. Note that some changes may not be possible depending on the order status. We appreciate your business and thank you for reaching out.
Returns and Exchanges
Unik International provides a return label only for damaged items or incorrect shipments within 30 days of the order date. For other returns and exchanges, you will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense. We will cover the shipping costs for sending a replacement item back to you.
To process a return or exchange, use the online link provided within 30 days of receiving the item. Ensure the item is in its original packaging with tags attached and include a copy of your receipt. You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address.
